You can easily feel the magic in the air as you walk by the decorated storefronts on Madison Avenue and hear the Salvation Army bell ringing in front of their red kettle. New York is full of festive things to do, from the touristy to the timeless - there truly is something for everyone!
The Rockefeller Christmas Tree
A total classic. This 72 feet tall tree needs no introduction and is always worth the trip!
Both feature unique local vendors and gifts and even yummy treats. We recommend the waffle from Wafels & Dinges and a stop by the Lodge for a holiday cocktail or eat a yummy chimney cake.

Grab a peppermint mocha and stop by Macy’s at Herald Square, and then stroll up Fifth Avenue and take in the spirited window decor!
Make an appointment to visit Santa at Macy’s and walk through their Christmas village while you wait.
Take in the incredible decorations and lights at this restaurant - they keep their decorations up until March!
Need a vacation around the holidays? Enjoy a fusion of Christmas and a tropical vacation all in one! This quirky bar serves drinks under the titles of Kris Kringle Colada, Blue Christmas, and Mele Kalikimaka to bring some holiday spirit.
