COVID-19 RETURN AND CONSIGNMENT POLICIES
HELLO MICHAEL'S LADIES AND WELCOME BACK!
First and foremost, I hope that you and your loved ones are healthy and safe. We've missed seeing you in our home away from home on Madison Avenue. We can’t wait to welcome you back to 1125 Madison! As of July 7, 2020 we will be open Monday through Saturday 11am-6pm.
In an effort to better serve our amazing community of friends and customers alike, we have some new Covid policies to announce:

RETURN POLICY DURING COVID
Our 1125 Madison Avenue store is open and our fitting rooms are open! Therefore, all of our in-store purchases are FINAL SALE. However, ALL items purchased online can be returned. If you find that you do not love the item once you get it, or that it just doesn't fit quite the way you had hoped, just bring it back or contact us and we'll send you a USPS or UPS label to send the item(s) back to us. Once we receive the item in the same condition it was when we sent it to you, we will refund your purchase less a $15 shipping, handling and restocking fee plus any additional necessary insurance fees. You will need to return the item within 48 hours of receiving it. You can either bring the item back to the 1125 Madison Avenue store within 48 hours or have it in the mail with a tracking number within 48 hours. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have further questions. Please include the order number and the words RETURN REQUEST in the subject so we are better able to help you. Someone will be in touch with you within 24 hours of sending the email.
Custom masks are FINAL SALE.
Effective immediately, we are accepting consignment but it will look slightly different. For those of you who live in Manhattan or Westchester you have two options; we will gladly arrange a contactless pickup at your apartment/home or provide you with a prepaid USPS label to ship to us. For those of you who live outside of those areas we will forward a prepaid USPS label. Please email us at email@example.com and one of us will be in touch to make the necessary arrangements. Please include your name, email and current address, as well as a list of items you would like to consign so we can manage the logistics accordingly.
ZOOM CLOSET CLEANSE CONSULTATION
We are offering virtual zoom consults Monday thru Friday by appointment. If you have any questions regarding any of your items that you'd like to consign….we will happily assist you by zoom appointment.
10% MORE EARNED ON CONSIGNMENT WHEN YOU SHOP WITH US
Just a reminder, that when your items sell you have the option to apply the proceeds, plus 10%, towards a purchase of your own on our site.
