COVID Refund Policy
Our 1125 Madison Avenue store is open and our fitting rooms are open! Therefore, all of our in-store purchases are FINAL SALE. However, ALL items purchased online can be returned. If you find that you do not love the item once you get it, or that it just doesn't fit quite the way you had hoped, just bring it back or contact us and we'll send you a USPS or UPS label to send the item(s) back to us. Once we receive the item in the same condition it was when we sent it to you, we will refund your purchase less a $15 shipping, handling and restocking fee. You will need to return the item within 48 hours of receiving it. You can either bring the item back to the 1125 Madison Avenue store within 48 hours or have it in the mail with a tracking number within 48 hours. Please email email@example.com if you have further questions. Please include the order number and the words RETURN REQUEST in the subject so we are better able to help you. Someone will be in touch with you within 24 hours of sending the email.
