COVID Refund Policy
Our 1125 Madison Avenue store is open! In an effort to keep you safe, we will not be opening our fitting rooms at this time. Therefore, we are offering returns on all clothing items purchased in the store; and ALL items purchased online. If you find that you do not love the item once you get it, or that it just doesn't fit quite the way you had hoped, just bring it back or contact us and we'll send you an invoice for you to pay for a USPS or UPS label to send the item(s) back to us. You will need to return the item within 48 hours of receiving it. You can either bring the item back to the 1125 Madison Avenue store within 48 hours or have it in the mail with a tracking number within 48 hours. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have further questions. Please include the order number and the words RETURN REQUEST in the subject so we are better able to help you. Someone will be in touch with you within 24 hours of sending the email.
