The 2019 Oscars Best Dressed List
The 91st Annual Academy Awards took place last night and all our favorite Hollywood stars strutted down the red carpet for the biggest night in the entertainment industry. Several stars wore Karl Lagerfeld’s last couture creations from Fendi and Chanel, paying homage to the late designer. Brandon Maxwell and Versace were another two designers that made several appearances on the carpet. Pink was also a major trend, from shades of pale pink to bright poppy magenta. Celebrities went for the royal touch with their gowns featuring very long and dramatic trains. Statement necklaces also made big appearances from Lady Gaga’s borrowed 128 carat Tiffany diamond to Amy Adams diamond necklace. The Legacy of Karl Lagerfeld
The white ponytail, the signature sunglasses, and the tailored clothes. The only person that comes to mind when we hear these signature and iconic facets is Karl Lagerfeld. One of the world’s most famous fashion designers and one of our favorites, Karl Lagerfeld, has passed at the age of 85. He is remembered by his legacy at the design houses of Chanel, Fendi, and his own line by his namesake.
